After the renovation of the depot, the old freight room was converted into an area to hold plays and musical events to continually support the facility.  Over the last 16 years, it has become one of the most attended venues in theatrical performances.

The old wood floors and solid brick walls stand as a constant reminder of days gone by.  One of the most interesting components of the performances is the interruption by passing trains.  Each play has its on special way of handling this often event.  Most are extremely funny and are still talked about today.

Until you have experience the excitement of this old building and the quality of entertainment provided, there is still something missing in your life.

The six Walker sisters hail from Memphis, but now they are scattered all over the country. Only Peggy still lives in Memphis, where she cares for Mama. When the play begins, Peggy is phoning her sisters to tell them that Mama is in the hospital. Nothing serious she just ate some bad tuna.
An intriguing story of vivid characters and involving conflicts emerges in the ensuing phone calls among the sisters.
